腰大池置管持续引流治疗颅内感染89例分析 被引量：11

摘要 目的探讨腰大池置管持续引流对治疗颅内感染及脑脊液漏患者的疗效与安全性。方法回顾性分析本院2006年1月至2010年12月术后并发颅内感染患者89例,均行腰大池置管持续引流,综合临床症状、体征和脑脊液的转归情况进行评估。结果腰大池置管持续引流临床有效率为91%,平均疗程为6.9天。结论腰大池置管持续引流对术后颅内感染疗效确切,另可配合鞘内给药,安全性好,效果明显,值得推荐。
