减数下颌第二恒磨牙矫治8例骨性Ⅲ类错的临床分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:评价减数下颌第二恒磨牙矫治骨性Ⅲ类错的临床效果。方法:临床选择8例骨性Ⅲ类错患者,年龄12~15岁,ANB角平均-2.63°,拔除下颌第二恒磨牙,采用镍钛螺旋推簧+Ⅲ类牵引远中移动下牙弓,拍摄X线头影测量片,对治疗前后变化进行统计学分析。结果:治疗后SNA平均增加(2.25±2.43)°,ANB增加(1.75±0.96)°;L1-MP平均减少(4.25±2.66)°,L1-NB角减少(5.12±3.79)°,L1-NB距减少(2±1.31)mm;以上项目治疗前后差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001~0.05)。结论:减数下颌第二恒磨牙可成功矫治某些特定的骨性Ⅲ类错。 Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effects of lower second molar extraction in correction of skeletal class Ⅲ malocclusion.Methods: 8 patients with skeletal class Ⅲ malocclusion(12~15 years old,ANB-2.63°) on average) were included in the study.All the subjects were corrected by lower second molars extraction coordinated with nitinol coil spring and class Ⅲ elastics;and cephalometric films were taken before and after the treatment for statistical analysis.Results: After treatment,SNA increased by(2.25±2.43)°on average,ANB increased by(1.75±0.96)°;L1-MP decreased by(4.25±2.66)°,L1-NB angle and distance decreased by(5.12±3.79)°and(2±1.31)mm respectively;All the Results above have statistical significance(P0.001~0.05).Conclusion:Extraction of lower second molar may successfully correct some specific skeletal class Ⅲ malocclusion.
