摘要
采用HNO3/HCl预消解,HNO3/H2O2高压消解,硫脲-抗坏血酸预还原等手段,建立高压消解-双道氢化物发生原子荧光光谱同时测定豆科牧草中砷和汞含量的新方法。砷和汞的线性范围分别为0~150 ng/mL,0~90.0 ng/mL,相关系数分别为r=0.999 2,r=0.998 1,检出限分别是0.087 9,0.012 ng/mL;相对标准偏差(n=6)砷不大于3.71%,汞不大于4.74%。应用于豆科5种牧草砷和汞含量的测定,该方法操作性强、用时短、灵敏度高。
The samples were treated with the mixed-acid of hydrochloric acid and nitric acid that used as pretreatment oxidant.Then the samples were treated with the mixed-acid of nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide that used as high pressure digesting oxidant.Under the optimal conditions,the linear range of arsenic and mercury were at 0~150 ng/mL and 0~90.0 ng/mL,and the correlation coefficients were 0.999 2 and 0.998 1,respectively.The parallel determination was done 6 times and the relative standard deviation was not more than 3.71% and 4.74%,respectively.The detection limits of arsenic and mercury were 0.087 9,0.012 ng/mL,respectively.The results suggested that the method was easily operated and accurate for determining the content of arsenic and mercury in the five samples by atomic fluorescence spectrometry with high pressure digestion.
