摘要
针对《变亦变,不变亦变》一文提出争鸣意见。认为中医学近百年来发展迟缓有其复杂的内外原因,而不是“中医学术本身的落后”。中医之所以成为中医,之所以在西医成为世界性医学的今天能够得以保存并得到发展,根本原因正在于具有自己的理论体系和独特的学术特色。因此西医化不应是中医发展的方向,只有在继承和发扬中医基本学术思想和传统特色的基础上,积极引进和吸收包括西医在内的现代科学技术,提高自己理论研究和诊治疾病的能力和水平,才能真正促进中医学术的发展。《变》文提出的“西医化”主张对中医来说是自毁根基之举,不可提倡。
In putting forward an argument on the article of “Change brings about change and no change also brings about change”,the author believed that slow development of Chinese medicine in the past 100 years was related to complicated internal and external reasons and not to “backwardness of Chinese medical academy itself.”The fundamental reason why Chinese medicine could become Chinese medicine and could remain and develop in the current days with western medicine as a world medical science was that Chinese medicine could positively introduce and absorb advanced modern scientific technology including western medicine,to enhance its theoretical study and its ability and level in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases,based upon full display of basic academic thoughts and traditional features of Chinese medicine,for real promotion in the development of Chinese medical academy.“Westernization” put forward in the article of “Change” was a measure to eradicate foundation of Chinese medicine and could never be advocated
