摘要
针对苏南地区既有住宅建筑普通存在能耗偏大的问题,对围护结构节能改造方案进行了详细的分析与比较,包括外墙、屋顶、窗户、遮阳和楼道的节能改造措施等,结合常州市某老小区住宅的节能改造实例,采用DEST能耗模拟软件进行了分析,提出了可供实施的节能改造的技术措施。
Aiming at the problem of too much energy consumption of existing residential houses in the south of Jiangsu,some energy saving measures of building envelope were presented and analyzed,including outer wall,roof,window,shading and corridor.With an example of an energy-saving reconstructed house located in Changzhou,it analyzed the energy consumption of the house with DEST,the feasible energy-saving measures for the house were presented.
