摘要
随着对外贸易和水运事业的蓬勃发展,港口电力设施也得到大力的发展,但对于始建于上世纪90年代以前的小型港口而言,电力设施的盗窃案件也有逐年高发态势,除加大人力值守力度、打击力度外,建设远程监控系统进行全天候24小时监视防范,应是可取之策。本文基于当前的科技发展趋势,结合海门港等浙江小型老港口的实际情况,提出了港口电力设施的防盗监控系统建设具体构想。
With booming development of foreign trade and water transportation,port facilities are developing vigorously.However,for those power facilities built in the 1990s,the larceny case raise rapidly.The best way to protect is to build the construction remote monitoring system for 24-hour surveillance prevention besides increasing human guards.This article based on the trend of the development of the science and technology,combined with Haimen Zhejiang small and old port to proposed the port security monitoring system of power facilities construction.
