摘要
本文提出一种计算具有晶质和非晶质相岩石的各种物相含量和物相的化学成份的方法,编制了相应的计算机程序。将本法的计算结果与文献中的实测结果对比表明:除了含量较低的化学成份受衍射强度值测定的准确性影响外,其余一般能较好吻合。讨论得知:X射线粉末衍射强度标定的准确性是成功应用本法的关键。在本例中把混合物的质量吸收系数作为常数,和以峰高表示衍射强度是计算结果产生误差的主要原因。
An approach is proposed for the calculation of phase contents and chemical compositions of rocks containing crystalline and amorphous phases, and the corresponding FORTRAN computer program is designed in this paper. Compared the calculated values with the measured results shown in the literature, it is shown that all components can be well predicted except those, the content of which is less. Through discussion, it is also shown that application of this method depends mainly on the accuracy of the X-ray diffraction intensity measurement. The main cause for the errors in the result is due to the facts that the mass absorption coefficient is treated as a constant and the X-ray diffraction intensity is shown as a peak height in the present case.
