摘要
我国再就业立法所要确立的目标模式应是“国家宏观调控下适度的市场就业机制” ,再就业立法应建立起以就业促进法、就业安定法、就业保障法为主体的框架体系。本文从四个方面提出了再就业问题法律对策的基本思路和若干设想 。
The aim in the re\|employment legislation of our country is to establish “an adequate system of market\|employment under the state macro\|administration'.To achieve this aim,the re\|employment legislation should build a systematic frame in which employment promoting law,employment welfare law and employment protection law will mainly be included.This essay therefore puts forward,in four respects,the basic ideas and certain suggestions about the legal measures dealing with the problem of re\|employment.Besides,the essay specially discusses the importance to control legally the laid\|off behaviors.
