摘要
目的调查我院皮肤科门诊近3年军人初诊的皮肤病患者的病种分布和所占比例,为采取针对性防治措施提供科学依据。方法从医院信息科Oracle数据库调取从2008年1月1日到2010年12月31日皮肤科门诊记录,用Excel软件分类统计。结果感染性皮肤病、变态反应性皮肤病构成比下降,心身性皮肤病、皮脂腺及汗腺疾病构成比上升。结论需采取有效措施,减少部队心身性皮肤病的患病率。
Objective To investigate the disease classification and proportion of military outpatients first visiting the dermatology clinic of our hospital during the recent three years and provide the scientific basis for further prevention and control of dermatosis.Methods Outpatients data from January 1,2008 to December 31,2010 were obtained from Oracle database of department of information.Excel software was used to categorize and perform statistical analysis.Results The constituent ratio of infective dermatosis and allergic dermatosis decreased,while psychosomatic dermatosis,sebaceous gland and sweat gland dermatosis increased.Conclusion Effective measures should be taken to reduce the incidence of psychosomatic dermatosis in the army.
