摘要
后张法26m空心板的混凝土强度、高度、断面尺寸及张拉应力、伸长量均符合设计和规范要求,但实际的空心板上拱度比设计理论上拱度偏低较多,本着对工程质量负责的态度,通过静载试验、提交咨询公司验算、请专家分析,最终找到了26m空心板上拱度过低的原因,解除了因空心板上拱度过低而担心影响桥梁结构安全的顾虑,为类似空心板施工提供了参考。
A 26 meters span post tension concrete box girder meets the design and code requirements on concrete strength, girder height, cross section dimensions, tension stresses and elongation. But the convex rate of the as--built girder was fairly lower than the design value. The as-built concrete box girder was loaded tested, independent analyzed and consulted by experts. Factors affecting the rate of the convex were able to be obtained. Finally, bridge safety concerns due to the lower convex rate of this post tensioned concrete box girder were eliminated.
