摘要
【目的】通过对中药熏洗与局部封闭治疗足跟痛治疗效果及不良事件的对比研究,探讨治疗足跟痛的有效、简便的治疗方式。【方法】将130例足跟痛患者随机分为中药熏洗组(A组)和局部封闭组(B组),并分别观察治疗效果及治疗过程中的不良事件。【结果】A组和B组治疗有效率无明显差异(P>0.05),A组中药物过敏2例,轻度烫伤3例,B组中伤口感染4例、皮下瘀血6例,形成皮下结节3例,A组不良事件发生率远低于B组(P<0.05)。【结论】足部中药熏洗治疗足跟痛效果确切、治疗简单、安全可靠,值得临床推广。
【Objective】By comparing the curative effect and adverse events in treating calcanodynia by fumigation with Traditional Chinese Medicine and local blocking respectively,to explore the effective and convenient therapeutic treatment modality.【Methods】 130 cases of calcanodynia were randomily divided into two groups 65 in each.Cases of Group A were treated by fumigation with Traditional Chinese Medicine,and local blocking in Group B.Curative effect and adverse events were recorded and analyzed.【Results】There were no significant different in Group A and Group B on the effective rate of treatment（P 〉 0.05）.In group A,drug allergy was observed in 2 cases and mildly scalded in 3.In group B,incision infection was observed in 2 cases,hypodermic gore in 6 and subcutaneous nodules formation in 3.The statistical results show that the percentage of adverse events in group A was lower than that of group B（P 〈 0.05）.【Conclusion】The modality was effective,simple and dependable in treating calcanodynia with fumigation with Traditional Chinese Medicine.
