摘要
【目的】探讨改良导尿方法对前列腺增生症患者导尿效果的影响。【方法】2009年1月-2011年6月将门诊前列增生症且行导尿的195例患者按随机原则分为观察组99例和对照组96例。观察组采用改良导尿方法,对照组采用传统导尿方法,观察比较两组患者在导尿操作中疼痛程度、黏膜损伤情况、一次插管成功率、插管顺利程度、两种方法患者满意度。【结果】观察组在导尿操作中疼痛程度、黏膜损伤情况、一次插管成功率、插管顺利程度、患者满意度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】改良导尿方法使患者疼痛减轻,提高插管成功率,黏膜损伤减少,插管顺利程度提高,使患者满意度增加。
【Objective】To evaluate the feasibility the improved of urethral catheterization for patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia（BPH）.【Method】We randomly assigned 195 patients with symptomatic BPH and developed urinary retention to receive an improved（99 patients） or conventional urethral catheterization group（96 patients）.The success rate of procedures,frequency of urethral injuries,pain and comfort of the patients were compared between the groups.【Results】The success rate of single inserting the catheter,simplicity,rate of injury of urinary tract,pain and comfort in the improved group were all superior to that of the conventional group.【Conclusions】The improved urethral catheterization may improve the success rate of single inserting the catheter,simplicity and comfort,reduce rate of injury of urinary tract and lessen pain.
