摘要
建立了重熔钢锭的数学模型,确定了材料的物理边界条件,采用有限差分法对电渣重熔钢锭凝固过程的非稳态模型进行了求解,研究了电极熔化速度与准稳态熔池深度的关系。
In this paper,mathematical model of the remelting steel ingot was established;boundary conditions were obtained.Finite Difference Methods were utilized to solve the non-stationary model of ingot condensation process.The relationship curve of electroslag remelting speed and deep of the near-stationary molten pool was acquired.
