摘要
已经生长出不同掺杂浓度的ZnWO_4:Ge^(4+)单晶。ZnWO_4:Ge^(4+)单晶的吸收谱在323nm处有一个强的吸收带,有助于荧光效率的提高。ZnWO_4:Ge^(4+)单晶的激发谱由405nm、450nm和465nm三个带组成。ZnWO_4:Ge^(4+)单晶的能量分辨率可高达14.9%,因而可在辐射探测器和X射线接收器等方面得到应用。
Single crystals of ZnWO_4~2 Ge^(4+) with different doping concentrations have been grown under laboratory condition.The absorption spectrum for ZnWO_4~2Oe^(4+) single crystals shows that there is a strong absorption band at 323nm, which improves the effect of luminescence. The excitation spectrum of ZnWO_4~2Oe^(4+) single crystals consists of the bands of 405, 450 and 465nm.ZnWO_4~2Oe^(4+) single crystal is an excellent scintillator material with 14.9% energy resolution. It can be used as scintillation material in radiation detector or X-ray rsceiver.
