摘要
针对目前旋挖钻机尚未实现对主卷扬下放时钻杆重力势能回收的现状,设计了一种采用液压马达的势能回收系统.本系统以某型号旋挖钻机为研究对象,在AMESim环境中建立能量回收仿真模型,并提出了一种调节主卷扬马达排量、发电机控制扭矩以及节流阀开口度的三变量联合控制策略.试验和仿真结果表明,该势能回收系统能够有效回收卷扬下放时钻杆的重力势能,并且三变量联合控制策略能够很好地控制卷扬的下放速度,不仅保证工作的平稳性,减少发动机输出,而且还回收了大量的重力势能.
For the current, the potential energy of drill pipe has not been recycled when the main winch system descends in rotary driller, a new geopotential energy recover system which is adopted by hydraulic motor is designed. Taking a type of rotary driller for example, a simulative model which is based on AMESim environment is built to imitate the energy recover. A combinative control strategy, through adjusting the volume of main winch motor, torsion of generator and placket degree of throttle valve, is advanced. The results of experiments and simulations show that the system is able to reclaim drill pipe's descended geopotential. The three variable control strategy could dominate speed of winch system effectively. It not only could guarantee the stationarity of working and decrease the output of engine, but also has reclaimed a large sum of geopotential.
