摘要
提出了采用熵权决策法对城市配电网规划方案进行决策的方法,论述了计及城市配电网规划方案供电可靠性、供电质量、供电能力、短路电流水平、经济性的评价方法与评价指标,将专家主观经验与客观熵权结合的综合权重用于方案的优选过程中,在一定程度上克服了决策的主观性,为城市配电网规划方案的评价与决策提供了一个较通用和直观的方法.
This paper introduces the decision making method for urban power distribution grid planning and analyzes the evaluation methods and indices of distribution grid planning about the reliability, power sup ply capacity, power quality, short circuit level and economy. The expert subjective experience and the objective entropy weight are combined for scenario selection process to overcome the subjectivity to a certain extent. It's a general and intuitive method for power distribution grid planning scheme evaluation and decision making.
