摘要
目的 探讨血浆自由基水平及脂质过氧化物 (L PO)与小儿急性白血病 (AL)的关系。方法 应用电子自旋共振技术 (ESR)测定了小儿 AL 患者血浆自由基水平 ,应用改良硫代巴比妥酸荧光法测定了血浆 L PO含量 ,并与正常儿童作对照。结果 AL患者血浆自由基水平、L PO含量明显高于正常组。结论 AL患者存在着自由基代谢的紊乱 ,表现为血浆自由基水平增高及自由基引发的 L PO含量增加 ,可供探讨肿瘤与自由基的关系及临床诊断作参考。
Objective This paper deals with the role of lipid peroxide(LPO) content and spin concentration in plasma of children with acute leukemia(AL).Methods Plasma samples were collected from 12 children with AL,and from 10 controls.LPO was measured by the thiobarbituric acid(TBA)method.Concentration of electonic spin was counted by Bruker′s electron spin resonance system.Results The levels of LPO and spin concentration were higher in patients than in controls.Conclusion LPO and concentration of electronic spin could be used to determine the association between free radical and acute leukemia and be useful in diagnosis.
