摘要
简要介绍了超声衍射时差法(TOFD)的基本原理,阐述了采用此方法检测焊缝时的技术要点,主要包括工件表面状况、耦合剂的选择、探头参数的选择、探头间距的确定、参考试块的制作、灵敏度的调节、扫查方式、图像的显示和缺陷的定深测高等。通过TOFD法焊缝检测实例分析了超声TOFD法的优越性及局限性,说明此方法在无损检测领域有着广泛的应用前景。
In this article,it introduced the basic principle of TOFD in brief,expatiated the technical essentials during weld inspection,covering surface condition of work piece,selecting couplant and probe parameters, determining space between probes,processing reference test block,adjusting sensitivity,scanning mode,displaying image,determining the depth and height of defect,and etc. It analyzed the advantages and laminations of TOFD through inspection case,this method is with good application prospect in non-destructive field.
