摘要
目的:探讨多层螺旋CT(SCT)三维重建(3D)与多平面重建(MPR)在诊断骨关节骨折中的临床应用价值。方法:对32例普通(DR)平片检查后未发现骨折(临床怀疑骨折)、可疑骨折和明确骨折的患者行螺旋CT扫描,在影像工作站上作三维重建及多平面重建(包括横断、矢状、冠状切面图像),就普通平片与16层螺旋CT影像进行综合分析、比较各图像显示骨折详细情况的能力。结果:三维重建及多平面重建明确、直观显示各种骨折及脱位情况,避免了误诊、漏诊。结论:多层螺旋CT能够显示普通(DR)平片难以诊断的隐匿型骨折,3D及MPR成像技术十分有利于观察骨折的形态变化及移位情况,两者相互补充,对骨关节骨折的诊断及临床治疗有重要价值。
Objective:To discussion the clinical application value of spiral CT(SCT)multi-planar reconstruction(MPR)and three-dimensional(3D)reconstructs in the diagnosis joint fracture.Methods:After 32 example ordinary(DR)even piece inspection the discovery bone fracture(clinical suspicion bone fracture),the suspicious bone fracture and the explicit bone fracture patient good screw CT scanning,makes the three-dimensional reconstruction and the multi-planar reconstruction on the phantom workstation(including traverses,arrowy,coronal section image),the ordinary even piece carries on the generalized analysis with 16 screw CT phantom,compares various image display bone fracture detailed situation ability.Results:he three dimensional reconstruction and the multilevel reconstruction is clear about,visual display each kind of bone fracture and the dislocation situation,avoided the error diagnostic,has leaked examines.Conclusion:Level screw CT can demonstrate the ordinary(DR)even piece diagnoses with difficulty the concealment bone fracture,3D and the MPR image formation technology is extremely advantageous to the observation bone fracture shape change and the shifting situation,both supplemented mutually,has the important value to the joint bone fracture diagnosis and the clinical treatment.
