哈勃钉治疗移位肩峰骨折10例

摘要 目的:总结用哈勃钉治疗移位的肩峰骨折的方法和经验。方法:暴露骨折端复位,巾钳暂时固定,在肩峰外侧端垂直于骨折端的方向打入导针,沿导针用直径3mm钻头钻出骨道,沿导针拧入适当长度的哈勃钉固定骨折端。结果:本组10例全部达到临床愈合,肩关节功能恢复良好。结论:哈勃钉固定治疗移位的肩峰骨折,固定牢固稳定,可早期行肩关节功能锻炼,钉尾不外露,对软组织影响小。手术操作方便,无需2次手术拆除内固定。
