摘要
目的 探讨肝病伴随糖尿病患者行外科手术治疗的可行性。方法 对 3 2例外科手术患者伴有肝病和糖尿病时围手术期的诊治进行临床回顾性分析。结果 本组病例手术均获成功 ,并发症低于其它报道组 ,手术病死率为 0 %。结论 肝病伴随糖尿病患者只要在围手术期严格控制血糖水平 ,保护肝功能 ,选择合理简便的有效术式 ,是可以达到理想的外科治疗效果。
Objective To evaluate the safety of surgical operations for patients who accompanied hepatopathy together with diabetes mellitus Methods Thirty two patients who underwent various surgical procedures and accompanied hepatopathy together with diabetes mellitus were analyzed retrospectively Results The incidence of complications was lower than other groups and the mortality of this group was 0% Conclusions Good results of various surgical procedures can be achieved for those patients who accompanied hepatopathy together with diabetes mellitus if the blood glucose was controlled, and the liver function was maintained satisfactorily
