摘要
为实现桂味荔枝按种核质量进行工业分级,运用计算机视觉技术、相关分析和回归分析,计算和分析了桂味荔枝的单果质量、横纵比、容积、果顶曲率与种核质量的关系,结果表明:单果质量、横纵比、容积与种核成正相关,果顶曲率与种核质量成负相关且线性相关最显著.建立了果顶曲率与种核质量的回归模型.
Seed size in some litchi cultivars often varies from tree to tree and from year to year, and it greatly influences the eating quality and the sales price of litchi fruit. In order to grade litchi fruit commer- cially, machine vision technology and correlation and regression analyses were used to study the relation- ship of fruit stone weight with single fruit weight, ratio of vertical to horizontal diameters, volume and fruit tip curvature. The results indicated that seed stone was in a positive correlation with single fruit weight, horizontal to-vertical diameter ratio and fruit volume, and fruit tip curvature was in a highly sig nificant negative correlation with seed weight. A regression model about fruit tip curvature described by the quadratic polynomial and seed size was built up.
