153例女阴尖锐湿疣及假性湿疣病理学与HPVDNA原位杂交的对比研究 被引量：3

摘要 对 15 3例病理学诊断为女阴尖锐湿疣 ,湿疣样病变及假性湿疣的材料进行地高辛标记的 HPV6 B/ 11DNA原位杂交及免疫组化 HPV抗原检测。结果显示 :115例尖锐湿疣中 113例 (98.2 6 %) HPVDNA阳性 ,18例湿疣样病变 4例 (2 2 .2 2 %)HPVDNA阳性 ,2 0例假性湿疣原位杂交均为阴性。提出特征性的挖空细胞是组织学诊断的重要依据 ,而地高辛标记的HPVDNA原位杂交检测有助于尖锐湿疣与假性湿疣的诊断和鉴别诊断。
