摘要
目的 :探讨医院各区域内空气消毒效果及监测、培养所需时间。方法 :对 34 96份消毒后空气采用“平板暴露法”进行监测。第一组 848份采样时平板暴露 15 m in、置 35℃温箱培养 48h,第二组 2 6 48份采样平板暴露 5 m in、培养 2 4h。结果 :第一组检测无菌生长率为 2 .6 %、阳性检出率为 97.4%、合格率为 83.3% ;第二组无菌生长率为 17.5 % ,阳性检出率为 82 .5 % ,合格率为 88.4%。结论 :根据尘粒 (1~ 10 μ粒径 )自然下降规律和所带细菌受损后修复需要时间 ,我们认为采用“平板暴露法”监测消毒后空气时以暴露 15 min培养 48h为好。
Objective:To discuss the effect of the disinfection of air in regions of hospital and the time needed for supervising and cultivating bacteria Methods:In this article,3946 cases of disinfected air were supervised by slab-exposure The first group,containing 848 cases of disinfected air were all slab exposed for 5 minutes and were all cultivated in the 35℃ incubator for 48 hours The second group,containing 2648 cases of disinfected air were slabexposed for 5 minutes and were cultivated in the 35℃ incubator for 24 hours Results:for the first group,the rate of asepsis were 2 6%,the positive percentage were 97 4%,and the rate of qualified were 83 3%;For the second group,the rate of asepsis were 17 5%,the positive percentage were 82 5%,and the rate of qualified were 88 4% Conclusion:According to the natural descend law of the atom(X1~10μ)and the time needed for the restore of the bacteria carried by the atom,we think that it is better to supervise the disinfected air by slab-exposing method for 15 minutes and to cultivate the bacteria for 48 hours
