摘要
目的 研究康复功能训练对大鼠脑梗死神经功能恢复的影响。方法 采用 45只SD大鼠制作脑梗死模型 ;2 4h后随机分 3组 :康复组、制动组、自由组 ;康复组每天给予平衡、抓握、旋转、行走等功能训练 ,制动组置于网状笼内固定 ,自由活动组置于普通笼内饲养 ,3组在 2 4h、1周、2周、3周、4周进行神经功能评估 ,观察其恢复状况。结果 康复组在各项功能评估中均优于制动组和自由组 ,自由组较制动组也有恢复。结论 康复功能训练可促进大鼠脑梗死的神经功能的恢复。
Objective To study the effect of rehabilitative training on the recovery of the rats' neural function after cerebral infarction. Methods 45 SD rats were given cerebral infarction and 24 hours later divided into 3 groups at random:rehabilitation group which were given balancing,grasping,rotating and walking exercises everyday, braking group which were fixed in mesh cages and free group which were feeded in normal cages.The neural functions of the three groups were evaluated at 24 h,1 w,2 w,3 w and 4 weaks after infarction. Results Rehabilitation group showed better function than the other two groups and the free group better than the braking group.Conclusion Rehabilitative training can promote the recovery of the cerebral infarcted neural functions in rats.
