摘要
目的观察盐酸法舒地尔防治颅内动脉瘤破裂介入栓塞术后脑血管痉挛(CVS)的疗效。方法 48例脑动脉瘤破裂介入栓塞术后患者随机分成两组,各24例;对照组给予尼莫地平注射液治疗;治疗组给予盐酸法舒地尔注射液治疗。结果治疗组:治愈13例,总有效率87.50%;对照组治愈10例,总有效率66.67%。两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸法舒地尔能有效防治颅内破裂动脉瘤破裂介入栓塞术后CVS的发生,值得借鉴。
Objective To observe the efficacy of fasudil hydrochloride prevention and treatment of intracranial aneurysm rupture interventional embolization of cerebral vasospasm（CVS）.Methods 48 cases of cerebral aneurysm rupture involved in embolization patients were randomly divided into two groups,each for 24 cases.Control group was given nimodipine injection therapy,treatment group received fasudil hydrochloride injection treatment.Results Treatment group：13 cases cured,the total efficiency of 87.50%,the control group were cured,10 cases,the total efficiency of 66.67%.There were significant（P0.05） difference between two groups.Conclusion Fasudil,hydrochloric acid method can effectively combat ruptured intracranial aneurysm rupture interventional embolization CVS,it is worth learning.
