摘要
利用X射线衍射技术并结合金相组织观察和显微硬度实验,研究了冷轧工业纯钢在电场作用下的再结晶及织构演变规律。结果表明,外加电场具有抑制冷轧工业纯铜再结晶和促进再结晶{001}<100>立方织构形成和发展的作用.利用Gibbs-Thomson关系式对电场退火条件下冷轧工业纯铜再结晶及再结晶立方织构形成机制进行了分析和讨论。
The effect of electric field on the recrystallization and recrystallization texture development in cold-rolled copper was studied by X-ray diffraction (ODF analysis) combined with optical microscopy. The results showed that the electric field retarded the recrystallization processes of the cold-rolled copper, and meanwhile promoted the formation and development of cube texture. The possible mechanisms on the evolution of recrystallization textures in cold-rolled copper under an external electric field were discussed.
