摘要
目的了解成都市口腔诊疗场所消毒工作质量,为规范管理和指导口腔医疗机构消毒工作提供科学依据。方法采用问卷调查方法和抽样检测方法,对成都市153家口腔诊疗场所消毒管理与消毒质量进行了调查。结果成都市市级口腔诊疗机构90%以上采用压力蒸汽灭菌牙钻手机,基层口腔诊疗机构只有80%左右采用压力蒸汽灭菌牙钻手机;多数口腔诊疗机构没有单独清洗间、清洗装置和非接触式洗手装置。本次共采集口腔诊疗机构不同消毒对象样品1 065份,平均总合格率为96.71%。结论成都市口腔诊疗机构消毒效果监测结果较好,但基本消毒设施配置不够齐全,需要加强基本消毒设施建设。
Objective To understand the present situation and problems of sterilization and disinfection quality of medical instruments and diagnostics in stomatological institutions in Chengdu so as to provide scientific basis of the disinfection management and guidance of the stomatological institutions.Methods Questionnaire investigation and sampling examination method were used to investigate disinfection management and quality of 153 stomatological institutions.Results More than 90% of Chengdu municipal dental institutions used pressure steam to sterilize dental drill mobile phone,while only about 80% of primary dental clinics used pressure steam to sterilize dental drill mobile phone.Most dental institutions had no separate cleaning,no cleaning device and no non-contact type washing device.There were 1 065 samples collected in dental institutions and the average total qualified rate was 96.71%.Conclusion The monitoring results of disinfection effect of dental clinics in Chengdu is good,but the basic disinfection facilities configuration is not complete.So construction of basic disinfection facilities should be strengthened.
