摘要
对０Ｃｒ１８Ｎｉ１２Ｍｏ３Ｔｉ奥氏体不锈钢化工阀门密封面ＦＣｏ－０５ 合金涂敷层进行大功率激光熔覆加工，分析讨论了各种工艺因素对熔覆层质量和阀门可靠性的影响。
Sealing surface of 0Cr18Ni12Mo3Ti austenitic stainless steel valve parts for chemical industry was machined by using high power laser cladding .The influences of various technical factors on quaality of cladding layer and the reliability of the valves were analysed as well.
