摘要 虽然空压机一般都自带控制系统,但是当多台空压机并网运行时,则需要额外的控制器做协调。本文设计了以嵌入式触摸屏上位机和PLC为核心建立起来的7台空压机PLC冗余联控系统,从控制系统结构设计方面进行了详细的分析和论证;论述了空压机的自动联控运行的PLC程序设计方法和控制流程;实现了PLC的电源冗余、CPU冗余、总线冗余及与上位机的工业以太网冗余和I/O模块的热拔插。与传统空压机控制系统相比,有效降低了成本,并提高了系统的可靠性。 Although the air compressor machine often owns a set of control system,but when more than one air compressor are connected altogether and run in the same network,an additional controller is needed to do the coordination.In this article,the embedded touch-screen PC and PLC as the core built up of 7 units associated compressor PLC control system redundancy was designed.The analysis and explanation were finished from the control system structure,the software configuration.The automatic joint control principle and S7_300 PLC control diagram of the air compressor were introduced.Finally,the system have achieved the redundant power supply,CPU redundancy,and with the PC bus industrial Ethernet redundancy.Moreover,hot plug is permitted for the I/O module.Compared with conventional control system,the cost of the presented system has been reduced,and the reliability of the system has been improved.
