摘要 通信系统高速采集技术随着信号的升降时间变短、信号频率和边沿速度提高、信号速率的提高和芯片尺寸的减少会受到处于同一电磁环境中其他系统或设备的电磁发射导致性能下降。在系统设计阶段开展EMC工作,避免可能出现的电磁兼容问题,且可以使PCB设计成本变低。本文介绍了现有EMC分析的电磁场求解方法及常用的EMC仿真技术及软件并对实际电路进行了示例分析,分析结果有利于指导硬件开发人员对PCB的EMC设计。 With the reducing of the signal’s rise and fall time and chip size and the increasing of signal frequency and edge speed rate,the performance of high-speed communications systems acquisition technology is affected by other systems or equipment in the same electromagnetic environment,which will lead to the performance degradation of the electromagnetic emission.EMC work,carried out in the system design stage,can avoid possible electromagnetic compatibility problems.And the PCB design costs can be saved.This article describes the existing EMC analysis,electromagnetic field solving methods and common software used in EMC simulation and technologies.The actual circuit sample is analyzed.The analysis results can help guide the hardware developers with the PCB EMC design.
