摘要
采用基于SUN工作站SPARC20的UGⅡ软件进行N485Q多缸柴油机气缸盖实型铸造模具的计算机辅助设计,解决了缸盖模样的模片切取、模具配合型腔各部位尺寸的可视化以及复杂曲面的造型等疑难问题,探索出了一条复杂内燃机铸件实型铸造的模具设计思路。
Based on SUN workstation SPARC20 UGⅡ software has been used in CAD of full mold casting tool of cylinder head of Model N485Q multi cylinder diesel to solve knotty problems such as cut of pattern membrane of cylinder head,visibility of size of each part of cooperation of tools with mold cavity and,molding of complex curved surface.Tool design thinking of full mold casting of complex diesel castings has been explored.
