摘要
根据分级规划原理,将加工方法排序这个复杂问题分解成五个阶段(或层次)进行求解。各阶段包含了若干个性质类似的子问题(或子任务)和求解这些问题的约束。加工方法排序的过程就是各层次的子任务在相应约束下求解的过程。通过合理安排各层次的任务和构造各层次的约束,简化了加工方法排序算法,提高了算法的实用性、通用性和灵活性,较好地解决了回转类零件CAPP系统实用化与工具化面临的一个难题。
In accordance with the principle of hierarchical planning, an applied algorithm for operation sequencing problem is presented. The problem is divided into five bars. Each layer includes some smaller and easier problems or tasks and constraints to solve the problems.The system halves the problems layer by layer under the constraints of each layer. Through properly arranging tasks and defining constrains at different layers, the algorithm was simplified, and witch makes the algorithm practical and flexible. It is possible to separate the inferring engine from the rule-like knowledge, especially from form features of parts, witch are the key points to the development of an applied or commercial CAPP system. The algorithm has been successfully used in a commercial CAPP system.
