摘要
目的:探讨中医学"肾-天癸-冲任-胞宫"生殖轴对带下产生、调节、治疗等方面的调控作用。方法:从中医基础理论出发,借鉴先贤的理论成果,分析带下产生、调节及治疗等环节与中医生殖轴的关系。结果:带下的生成及量、色、质的变化均受"肾-天癸-冲任-胞宫"生殖轴的调节,这一生殖轴理论对带下病的治疗具有重要的指导意义。结论:中医生殖轴理论丰富了中医对女性生殖生理的认识,为妇科相关疾病的诊治提供了一种新的思路。
Objective：To explore the relationship between reproductive axis of TCM and morbid leukorrhea.Guide the treatment of morbid leukorrhea disease under the reproductive axis theory.Methods：Analyze all aspects of the morbid leukorrhea′ generation,regulation,the pathogenesis and therapeutic principle based on the ＂kidney-menstruation-ChongRen-the uterus＂reproductive axis.Results and Conclusion：Discussion onmorbid leukorrhea fromthe reproductive axis enrich the understanding of female reproductive physiology.The therapy of morbid leukorrhea from reproductive axis theory provides new idear for the clinical treatment of gynecological diseases.
