Clinical Correlation between Serum Adiponection and Coronary Atherosclerotic Heart Disease

摘要 目的探讨血清脂联素(adiponectin,APN)水平与冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(CHD)之间的关系。方法应用酶联免疫法(ELISA)测定了21例急性心肌梗死(AMI)、31例不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)、13例稳定型心绞痛(SAP)患者和21例正常对照组的血清APN水平。所有患者与正常对照组均已行冠状动脉造影术。分别与对照组比较各组APN、受累血管病变积分、BMI、Cho、Tg、HDL-c及FBG水平。结果①CHD组血清APN水平显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。②SAP组、UAP组和AMI组血清APN水平明显低于对照组(P<0.01),且依次下降,但三组间差异无统计学意义。结论 CHD患者血清APN水平显著下降,低水平的APN水平可能与CHD的发生与发展有关。 Objective To evaluate the relationship between serum levels of adiponectin(APN) and coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CHD).Methods The serum APN levels of 21 patients with AMI,31 patients with UAP,13 patients with SAP and 21 subjects without CHD as controls were measured by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The coronary angioplasty(CAG) was performed in all subjects.Gensini score of artery stenosis,BMI,and the serum levels of APN,Glu,Cho,Tg and Hdl were compared between the two groups.Results ①The serum APN level in CHD group was significant lower relative to that in the control group(P0.01).② Significant decrease in serum APN level were found in the patients with SAP,UAP and AMI relative to those of the control group(P0.01);But there was no correlation between SAP,UAP and AMI.Conclusion Low levels of APN were significantly correlated with CHD.
