摘要
探讨了铅欠缺对铅基驰豫铁电材料的影响 ,认为微量的铅欠缺不仅没有影响材料的相组成及微观结构 ,而且有利于材料的某些宏观物理性能 ,如提高了材料的温度稳定性 ,甚至某些情况下可以提高介电常数。铅欠缺也压抑了自发驰豫正常铁电相变 。
This paper outlined the effect of lead deficiency on the micro structure and macro properties of lead based relaxor ferroelectrics, and also reviewed the present and future research of lead deficiency.
