摘要
介绍了永磁齿轮的传动形式、结构类型以及与普通齿轮传动的异同点。建立了永磁齿轮传动磁场计算和有限元分析的数学模型 ,并开发出了相应的计算软件和前、后处理软件。
We first introduced some basic situations of the rare earth magnetic gear transmission, such as transmission methods, structure types, identities and differences with normal gear transmission. Then, We established mathematical models for magnetic field calculation and finite element method (FEM) for magnetic gear transmissions. We also developed a software for the finite element method and a software for pre procesing and post processing. Finally, we did calculation done for a practical example to validate the models.
