摘要
目的了解太谷县学校食堂的卫生状况,以便发现存在的问题,加强对学校食堂的卫生管理,保障师生身体健康。方法 2010年5月—6月,对全县45所中小学(包括大中专技校)52个学校食堂进行了专项检查。结果 52个食堂餐饮服务许可证持证率为98.07%,加工间布局不合理的占21.15%;无专用洗刷、消毒、保洁设施的占57.69%;生熟食品容器、加工用具存在交叉污染的占21.15%;食堂从业人员健康证持证率为97.88%。结论太谷县学校食堂存在食品卫生安全隐患,应加强监督管理。
[Objective]To study the hygienic status of school canteens in Taigu County,so as to find out the problems,strengthen the management in school canteens,and ensure the health of teachers and students.[Methods]From May to June 2010,the special examinations were performed in 52 school canteens of 45 schools,including primary and middle schools technical school,colleges and universities.[Results]98.07% of 52 school canteens had the catering service licence,the unreasonable location of the food processing room was detected in 21.15%,57.69% did not have the special equipments for washing,sterilizing and cleaning,and 21.15% had cross contamination of raw and boiled food processing tool.97.88% of workers in school canteens had the health certificate.[Conclusion]There are hidden dangers of food in school canteens in Taigu County,and the supervision and management should be strengthened.
