摘要
目的:探讨PICC规范化管理的实施与效果。方法:制定规范化管理流程,完善组织机构,实施专科准入,护理人员持证上岗。结果:院内PICC置管并发症减少,规范化管理后置管成功率与维护合格率高于规范前(P<0.05),重点项目合格率高于管理前(P<0.05)。结论:对全院PICC实施规范化管理及准入制度,可以有效减少并发症,提高护理质量和患者满意度。
Objective： To discuss the practice and effect of regularized management in PICC.Methods： Establishing the regularized management procedure,setting up the entrance permission system of clinical nurse specialism.The nurses who perform the operation should get the certification for PICC catheterization.Results： PICC catheter complications in hospital reduced,standardized management of catheter after before the pass rate was higher than the success rate and maintenance specifications（P〈0.05）,priority pass rate was higher than before the management（P〈0.05）.Conclusions： Establishing the regularized management procedure and setting up the entrance permission system of clinical nurse specialism can reduce the complications and increase the nursing quality and patients′ satisfaction.
