摘要
目的:探讨椎管内肿瘤手术患者围手术期护理方法。方法:对32例椎管内肿瘤手术患者围手术期护理措施进行回顾性分析。结果:本组患者均获随访,2例发生了脑脊液漏,经积极处理后痊愈;3例发生便秘,经恰当处理后患者排便形态正常;1例手术切口发生脂肪液化,经扩创后痊愈。结论:积极有效的护理措施是保证椎管内肿瘤手术患者手术成功的关键,可降低并发症,提高患者生活质量。
Objective： To explore perioperation nursing on patients with spinal canal tumor surgery.Methods： 32 patients with spinal canal tumor surgery accepted systematic nursing measurement.Results： All patients were followed-up.Two cases complicated with cerebrospinal fluid leakage healed following positive nursing.3 case with constipation recovered following proper nursing.One cases with fat liquefying in incision healed after debridement.Conclusion Nursing intervention on patients with spinal canal tumor surgery improves their compliance,reduce the complications,improve life quality.
