摘要
在空气、流通氩气和Ar+I_2混合气体等气氛条件下生长出KRS-5单晶,检查了晶体中的散射,分析了晶体中金属杂质和氧含量。用加热挤压法研制成功KRS-5多晶光纤,对光纤的稳定性和损耗作了讨论。
KRS-5 single crystals have been grown in three kinds of atmospherest air, Ar and Ar+I_2. The scattering centers in crystals were examined and the metal impurities and oxygen content of the crystals were analysed. The polycrystalline fibers,0.5—1mm in diameter, have been prepared by an extrusion method. The stability and attenuation of the fiber are discussed.
