摘要
对高、低温费托合成联产中烯烃的加工方案及关键工艺进行了分析综述。优选了以润滑油、C4—C8直链α-烯烃、聚丙烯为烯烃下游产品的方案。分析了烯烃及后续产品加工方案中的两个关键技术工艺,即直链α-烯烃和聚α-烯烃PAO(poly alpha-olefin)润滑油基础油的生产工艺;认为IFP公司的Alphaselect工艺是与高、低温费托合成联产匹配度最佳的乙烯齐聚制直链α-烯烃工艺,以C8—C12的直链α-烯烃为原料来生产PAO基础油是必然趋势。
Processing scheme of olefins from coproduction of high-te mperature and low-temperature Fischer-Tropsch(HT/LT F-T) synthesis and the ir related key technologies were analyzed and reviewed.The lubricant,C4-C8 alpha-olefin and polypropylene were chosen as the objects.The techniques to produce linear alpha-olefin and poly alpha-olefin(PAO) lube base oil were the key issues.By comparison,it was indicated that AlphaSelect technique from IFP company was most suitable for the coproduction of HT/LT F-T synthesis,and the technique taking C8-C12 alpha-olefin as the feedstock to produce the PAO lube base oil was optimal in the future.
