摘要
设计与开发一个基于Web服务的软件与信息服务外包服务平台,该平台针对中国-东盟地区提供软件与信息服务外包公共服务,软件与信息服务平台采用标准的三层B/S结构,以Microsoft Visual Studio.NET为开发平台,使用C#开发语言和SQL Server 2000数据库。
Design and development of outsourcing service platform were based on web service software and information service,this platform provided software and information service outsourcing public service for China-asean region,the software and information service platform adopted the standard three layers B/S structure,used Microsoft Visual studio.net for development platform,and used C # development language and SQL Server 2000 database.
