The introduction and realization of numerical transmission of telephone predicting flood not only could increase the speed of flood information transmission and improve the quality of flood prediction, but also could save a great many expenses for flood Prediction and ease hydrologic personnel's working strength. It is a leap in medium of hydrologic information transmission for our province.
