摘要
目的评价经闭孔无张力尿道中段悬吊术(TVT-O)治疗女性压力性尿失禁(SUI)的疗效。方法回顾性分析2007年4月～2010年12月间采用TVT-O治疗SUI患者35例进行疗效观察。结果 35例患者全部治愈,平均手术时间30 min,平均出血量40 ml,术中无并发症,1例患者术后血肿,2例术后泌尿系感染,无膀胱损伤、尿生殖道瘘、神经损伤和排空障碍等近期并发症,无复发尿失禁,无慢性疼痛、慢性尿潴留及网片排异反应等远期并发症。结论 TVT-O是治疗SUI的简便、安全、有效的术式。
Objective To evaluate the effect of tension free vaginal tape obturator technique in the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence.Methods Retrospective analysis was made of the clinical observation of 35 SUI patients from April 2007 to December 2010.Results All 35 patients were cured,average operation time was 30 min,average interoperate bleeding was 40 ml,without complications.1 patient had hematoma,2 cases had postoperative urinary tract infection.There were neither short-term complications such as damage,urinary bladder genital tract fistula,nerve damage and urinary retention,non-recrudescence urine incontinence,nor long-term complications such as chronic pain,chronic urinary retention and mesh rejection.Conclusion TVT-O is a safe,effective and convenient operation for SUI.
