摘要
"科技保险"是指通过保险对科技创新过程中的风险进行管理。我国科技保险试点工作在2007年才正式展开,有限的经验还很不成熟。就全球范围而言,科技保险也是一项方兴未艾的开拓性事业。对这些实践做法加以了解和研究,提炼出具有普遍意义的经验和原则,为我国科技保险的发展提供一定意义上的启示、借鉴和指引。
Technology insurance refers to risk management in the process of technological innovation.Technology insurance pilot project has not been launched until 2007 and limited experience is still immature.On the global scale,technology insurance is also a pioneering career in the ascendant.It is necessary to understand and research technology insurance practices from which extract experience and principles of universal significance so as to provide a sense of enlightenment,learning and guidance.
