摘要
以脆性材料的压痕实验为基础,从理论上分析了脆性材料磨削时脆塑转变的临界条件,并利用超精密磨床进行脆性材料的磨削实验。实验结果表明,只有当脆性材料的磨削深度小于其临界磨深时,才能实现脆性材料的塑性域磨削,以获得超光滑的加工表面。
In this paper, based on the brittle materials indentation test. The critical condition of grinding brittle ductile transition is analyzed theoretically. The experiment of brittle materials grinding shows that only when the grinding depth less than critical grinding depth, dectile regime grinding of brttle materials can be realized and the high quality surface can be obtained.
