摘要 研制成高性能微型全固态绿光激光器。用独特的整体控温技术提高器件效率 ,全部元件固化为一个整体以提高激光输出功率和光束指向稳定性 ;用 1W的LD纵向泵浦Nd :YVO4 /KTP激光器 ,获得 195mW的TEM0 0 模 0 53μm绿激光的连续输出 ,输出功率不稳定度≤± 2 % ,光束方向稳定性优于 0 0 1mrad/hr和 0 0 3mrad/2 4hr。该器件全部采用国产元件 ,体积小 ,效率高 ,使用方便 ,在输出功率 体积比、性能 价格比和光束方向稳定性等方面超过国际同类产品 。 The miniature solid state YVO 4/KTP green laser with high performance has been developed. A special temperature control technique is realized and all elements in the laser are fixed into a whole with epoxy. They elevate the laser efficiency, output power and laser beam direction stability. A output power of 195 mW of CW 0.53μm green laser in the TEM 00 mode has been measured from the miniature green laser pumped by 1W LD. The beam direction stability is smaller than 0.01mrad per hour and 0.03mrad for 24 hours. The lasers is high efficient, smaller in volume and convenient to use. For reducing the cost all the elements used in the lasers are made in our country. The high technology to fabricate the laser has been transported successfully two times, and has made considerable social benefit and economic benefit.
