大面积脑梗塞大骨瓣减压术35例疗效分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨大骨瓣减压术治疗大面积脑梗塞的临床效果。方法35例大面积脑梗塞患者作为研究对象,在保守治疗无效的情况下,给予大骨瓣减压术。结果所有患者均顺利完成手术。术后一年随访,ADL I~Ⅲ级患者24例(68.6%)。结论大骨瓣减压手术能有效缓解脑内水肿,筛选合适病例和及早进行手术是保证手术效果和改善预后的重要因素。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of large decompression craniectomy in treatment for 35 cases of large area cerebral infarction. Methods 35 cases of large area cerebral infarction were given large decompression cranieetomy based on no effect from conservative treatment. Results All patients were all operated successfully, and the cases of ADL I~Ⅲ were 24(68.6%). Conclusion Large decompression craniectomy can control the increased intracranial pressure effectively, selecting proper cases and operating timely are the important factors of guaranteeing the surgery effect and improving the prognosis.
