摘要
目的探讨生脉注射液治疗产后出血性贫血的临床疗效和安全性。方法我院96例住院治疗的产后出血性贫血患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各48例。对照组仅给予传统的抗炎、止血、支持、补血等对症治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上加用生脉注射液治疗。比较两组患者疗效及治疗后的HGB水平。结果治疗组患者总有效率为89．58％，对照组为62．50％，治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）治疗后治疗组与对照组的HGB均较治疗前有明显的提高（P〈0．05），但治疗组治疗后HGB水平明显高于对照组治疗后（P〈0．05）。结论生脉注射液治疗产后出血性贫血安全、有效，值得在临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Shengmai Injection treatment of postpartum hemorrhage anemia. Methods 96 cases of postpartum hemorrhage anemia inpatients in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group and control group, 48 cases for each group. Control group was only given conventional anti-inflammatory, hemostatic, support, blood, symptomatic treatment, while the treatment group was added Shengmai injection besides the conventional treatment. The efficacy and HGB levels were compared after treatment in two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment group （89.58%） was significantly higher than that of control group （62.50%）（P〈 0.05）. The HGB levels of two groups significantly increased and HGB level of treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group after treatment （_P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Shengmai Injection anemia treatment for postpartum hemorrhage is safe, effective, and worthy of promotion.
